Very polite personnel. Especially the receptionist was extremely helpful. The restaurant made tasteful dishes but there is a problem with the portions. Just not enough. The rooms were good. Free WiFi. In general satisfactory.

Although there's not too distinguish the 'Be kind and Be Generous (BKBG) hotel in Lome it's an average place to spend a night or two in Lome. Location is a bit far away from the city centre and restaurants. The ruins are clean and spacious enough. The meals are fair not much variety. The breakfast a little unimaginative. The staff are very nice. Polite and eager to please.

We had a great stay at this Lome hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel also offers consistent and reliable Wi-Fi throughout much of the hotel. The staff was efficient and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was served on the roof top patio with a breathtaking view of the city and the nearby ocean. The hotel also has a well maintained pool and exercise area.I would definitely stay at the BKBG again.
